Customized meetings let the sales reps to explain their concerns and doubts and feel involved in their own training it also enables them to help make decisions and have questions regarding the way things must be done without fear of taking up their boss’s time. The simulations which they wi ll utilize to assist the workers have a feel for the wo rk without having to bother regarding the way they look before a real client assists to take the pressure off and enables them to learn and not be worried of making errors. 2. What else might Fred do before choosing a training package? Provide enough detail to demonstrate your understanding of the key issues and approaches to determining how to proceed once a triggering event has occurred. Fred might request for referrals from the organization to assist him make his decision regarding whether to use that specific organization or otherwise.
