Compensation and Benefit System2Compensation benefits can be money, anything that can be used like goods,dress or food or possibly services that can be used by the person receiving it. This arethings given by the company or an organization as a way of compensating people fortheir job, as a way of rewarding them while most just to motivate their employees to dotheir best in their job. Provided that they are given everything that they need to succeedlike tools and trainings, employees in return are expected to perform while at the sametime exceed the expectation set towards in them in exchange for the rewards they aresupposed to receive. Performances are being measured and evaluated by the company asto whether expectations are being met or not by the employees. Once an employeeperforms well, there are rewards and recognitions given to them as a way of showing howmuch the company appreciated their performances. This only shows that success can beattributed to the company’s motivating tactics.Motivation is the process that companies are using to keep their employeesperforming on top and being on top all the time (Schermerhorn, Hunt, Osborn, &Uhl-Bein, 2010). It means it is the ultimate tool of the company to keep their employeesreaching their goal and set metrics. A good motivator can be considered as a powerfulperson because he or she can make people do things accordingly without coercing them.Not everyone can motivate individuals to work because there are companies out therethat give out too much benefits and bonuses yet still find it hard to keep their employeesbecause of bad management and leadership. It only means that motivation comes from agood relationship between a leader and his or her subordinates.
