Milton Friedman – Traditional view  Business that is being socially responsible will be making only socialism (Friedman, 1970) .  Free competition without fraud is the primary objective of company.  This social responsibilities preference reduces the profitability and must make compromise.  There are various factors which makes company more profit centric rather than socially responsible ( Makower , 2006) .

Milton Friedman - Contd .  Responsibility of employee to answer the employer directly ( Makower , 2006) .  Employer concern is essential before performance of any task (Ontheissues.org, 2014) .  Main concern is in satisfying the managers and to keep up the value of company.  Company must focus only in earning higher profits which will enable them to exist in the market ( Makower , 2006) .
