Brief overview  Being the manager and provided with a team of six professional in proposal writing, I will be required to complete a 50 page formal proposal that will be advocating for a new sport arena funding.  My main plan will be to utilize the team of six professional proposal writers to develop and ensure that the proposal meet the required standards and requirements.  The work to prepare the proposal will be organized in manner where every professional will be task with a different step in proposal writing and later combine to have a general look at the developed proposal (Lesko 2003).
