As thenetwork becomes the intangible representation of how individuals work with one another inachieving goals, he or she must hone his or her interpersonal communication and team skillswithin this organizational structure (Roebuck, 2006, p. xvi).As texting and social medianetworks invade homes and businesses across the globe more emphasis extends into the arena offormal writing that lacksin 80% of businesses (Roebuck, 2006, p. xiii). In understanding theprocess of correctly creating a proper business message the use of the communication modelexplores three messages and the process involved.MessageOneHello team,Thesubmission of thepaper iscompleteand is essentially error free concerning grammaticalerrors.
