Although leaders play an important rale, followers are important within our company as well. This allow everyone to learn and grow within the company while achieving cur goals. Also, I can leam my teams strengths and weaknesses to help create a more efficiently workflow. Slide 5: Decision- Making Models To make the best ethical decisions within aur company. I plan to use the following 2 decision making models. The rational decision- making model is an eight-step model used to make decisions. This is one cf the most common models leaders use to make decisions [Soomo Learning. 2020 page 7.4). I plan to use this method to help generate alternatives prior ta making the final decision that best fits our mission and values.
