Take a position on the following statement: All organizations should use the group structure as the basic building block for designing and organizing jobs. Provide examples to support your answer. In your responses to classmates, take the opposite position your classmates have presented and provide a convincing response designed to change their minds. Respond to at least two of your classmates’ posts. Agreeing with that adage that two heads prove better than one, working as a group not only fosters several required ideas and viewpoints, but also generates a synchronization and synergy among members of the group. Mathematically speaking, groups will yield more usable results for the reason for their uniqueness than the individual alone. Using a group to accomplish tasks and reach certain goals seems the more efficient and effective way to achieve objectives when one person cannot arrive at the same conclusion.
