    Risk Assessment and Mitigation Strategy 3 Team Information Identification of all stakeholders In order to provide the security credentials for the airport scenario, it is important to identify all the stakeholders . A stakeholder is defined as that person who is affected by all the activities of an organization. Stakeholders are assigned some responsibilities which they have to perform in order to enhance the airport’s performance . The list of stakeholders needed for the airport organization is as follows:  Service Providers: The Service providers are responsible for providing different services including water services, fuel and oil supply, transportation of catering, and interior cleaning services t o the different aviation users. These service providers act as private operators .  Airport Employees: To operate the airport, it takes a lot of people, which form a community . To manage all the operations, development and planning process of the airport, International Airport Authority needs several employees. These employees are needed to accomplish further more tasks or operations like: o To have a secure runway system using clearing and maintenance o To provide services like medical and firefighting services. o To ensure a secure environment for employees of the airport as well as to the travelers. o To provide suitable facilities and also ensuring the expansion of these services using the solid financial management .

    Risk Assessment and Mitigation Strategy 4 o To provide the ensurity to meet the travelers’ demand through developing business cases. o To provide additional airline services by working w ith airlines. o Ensuring a positive airport experience for all visitors to the airport . o Ensuring the travel demands of the region are being met by developing business cases and working with airlines to provide new and additional airline services (Airport Employees) .  Management Te am : The management team is responsible for several different tasks including: o To plan and develop several airport plans, o The management team is responsible for achieving several different financial goals and objectives. o In order to establish the long - term vision for the airport organization, management team plays an important role. o To guide the senior leadership team so that different strategic goals can be easily achieved. o To market the services and capabilities of the airport organization locally, nationally, and internationally (Management Team) s .  Travelers : Travelers can be of different categories like transport travelers , arriving travelers , domestic and international travelers , destination travelers, and commuter travelers . These can be viewed as passengers who expect better quality services and on the other hand these can also be viewed as participants in the economic system (Schaar) .
