2 Organizational behavior management analyzes what people do, analyzes why they do it and develops evidence - based intervention methods to enhance what people do. All employees who could be injured in their field of work should participate on observation and feedback team. This step of feedback involves the manager sending the employees a feedback about their workplace practices. Poorly designed groups significantly contribute to medical error so the manager need to establish good feedback systems. Behavior is a critical contributor to medical errors and greatly depends on the system in which it occurs ( Leape et al., 1998) . Feedback involves measuring a targeted behavioral change and giving back information. These include terms such as frequency, rate, and percent correct. The established feedback systems get the safety measure communicated to the em ployees by the management in time. The use of feedback is essential because the manger gets to communicate back to the employee the key areas they need to emphasize to ensure medical errors are eliminated. However the manager need to make the feedback session as positive as possible because naturally, nobody likes been criticized. If the manager delivers the feedback of the medical staff in a positive manner highlighting the crucial areas where a mistake can emerge from, the health workers will be positive about the session and will always be looking forward to the next session ( Risser et al., 1999). The manager asks the workers to develop a critical behavior checklist in theses case; the emp loyees watch and observe each other in their operations in the hospital and then produce a positive one - on - one coaching feedback for both safe and risky behaviors observed. This peer - peer conversation is important in providing an environment for employees to complement each other for all the tasks completed safely.
