The army requires a group of trained personnel tooperate this new equipment.Hiringacivilian contractor to operateand maintainthe equipmentin combat zones provides continuity to thearmyoperationsand relieves military units fromhaving to provide additional personnel in their deployment teams. At the same time hiring acivilian contractor to provide the necessary group of trained personnel will result in significantcost savings for the U.S. governmentthan training military personnel and loosing continuity inthe program.In this respect JBM has been awarded the project of developing a hiring process to recruittheexperienced personnel required to operate the Weapon X system in Iraq and Afghanistan.Project ObjectiveThe project objective is to develop a hiring process to recruit a specialized group oftrained personnel necessary to operate Weapon X in Iraq and Afghanistan on a continuous basisto maintain continuity in the program within a period of 3 months starting from 01/07/2014 andending on 30/09/2014 at a cost not exceeding $200,000.Risk Management StrategyRisk management isdefined as theprocess ofidentifying, analyzing and assessingthedifferent sources ofrisks an organization is exposed to.
