Therewas a time a decade ago when no one knew the company but currently the term has become sohousehold that it is used as an important thing of the house. The company started on an operationperformed by 2 men and from that it has now come to be an organization where individuals tryhard to work at. A product was launched by the organization of Google offering an engine tosearch. Currently the company operates and sells various products and services such as Alerts, google Earth etc allowing the user to have a virtual base of the realities in the world. But thesedevelopments did not happen on their own(Zook, 2009). It was the presence of correct values inthe culture of Google that led towards success of the company due to the ability to growsustainably. GOOGLE3In order to understand the culture of organization chosen (Google), this paper will make themodel of Schein as a base to reach the complete information on Google’s corporate culture andissues ahead(Zook, 2009).This theoretical model is the best choice adopted for this essay because it presents andhighlights its implementationwithfunctional uses that are notdifficult. There are otherframework concepts as well such as the Hofstede model and the Johnson and Scholes modelproviding theories that try to depict the exact nature of culture. It is also inclusive of not only theelements that are concrete but also the elements that are not tangible in nature such as many ritesand rituals. This model has a harder implementation which makes it difficult for the user toimplement the frequent organizational culture aspects. In order to outline the issue, it seems validto highlight different perspectives of Schein’s model that enables its usage in the most applicableand efficient way.
