If I donot listen others, I would not ablebe successful in my business life. I waslistening the other departments`concerns and trying to run my business smoothly. Ignoringothers would cost me millions dollars in simulation.Since we work as a team, each teammembers are supposed to listen each other.Another strengthis Individual effort in getting things done as assigned. Being part of the teamgave me some responsibilities. These are being on time for conference call, finishing tasks ontime, doing some research before decision etc… I had to study and let everythinggosmoothly inbusiness.I did my best on my side to get a good result at the end of the each round.
