    RJKT Task 1 For this task, I will participate in a simulation with my classmates in which I am in charge of a sensor manufacturing company. I will simulate the running of the business for the next 8 years and make decisions about research and development, marketing, production, human resources, and finance. A.     Willingness to listen to others is a good point because I was running the simulation to gether with team members . If I do not listen others, I would not able be successful in my business life. I was listening the other departments ` concerns and trying to run my business smoothly. Ignoring others would cost me millions dollars in simulation. Since we work as a team , each team members are supposed to listen each other. Another s trength is Individual effort in getting things done as assigned. Being part of the team gave me some responsibilities. These are being on time for conference call, finishing tasks on time, doing some research before decision etc… I had to study and let everything go smoothly in business. I did my best on my side to get a good result at the end of the each round. So I was aware of my responsibilities in team. B.2. Discuss how you can improve upon one of your weaknesses in the workplace. One of my weaknesses in workplace was Leadership i.e. provided some type of direction in project. That is true that I just completed my responsibilities and did not provide any other type of directions in project. Since we have assigned responsibilities at the beginning of the simulation, there is no need to that kind of directions. However in order to improve market share percentage I would jump in other departments` decision and provide some directions in term of finance, marketing, human resource etc.. . Also, I
