    1 Understanding and Addressing the Varying Needs of Children with Special Needs: Insights, Strategies, and Personal Growth 1. What insights have you have gained about children with varyin g abilities and their families? What have you learned about the value of the team approach to early childhood special education? What might you do differently from now on with respect to working with children who have special needs and their families? Answer: - ‘Individual difference ‘ is a common factor and this very trait is found among the children were actually different from one another in respect of their varying abilities .And each family of a growing child also differs from one another in innumerable ways among which social, Economical, cultural and hereditical varieties are the staple factors - responsible behind this varying tendency . This being the situation, the value of ‘team approach’ to early child hood spatial education, is immense and it is not at all an easy task to tackle with such situation which are rapidly variable but still there are some methods and techniques applying which any professional in this line can face the challenge neatly and I am sure , that these well thought scientific methods and technique will help me to cope - up with ever - changing different kinds of needs of the children having varying abilities and I must be careful in inventing and applying such methods and techniques. So far the very word “ability’ itself is concerned, heir again, the varying tendencies are prevalent with their prequaliser characteristics and as a professional teacher I shall have to be very cautious about this thing in course of imparting education and knowledge to these type of children . Infect, I must mark out the differential needs of the child educands and adopted varying techniques and method to full fill this noble purpose of teaching .Some are fast learners and some are obscures slow .Some are dullards too .I shall have to find out the course and time of the children’s adopting my teaching. Here I must use spatial charts and models animation pictures and still – life motifs etc to teach the children as per their varying capabilities .The methods like ‘Play way in Education’ is to be applied as per situational demand. I can use ‘vocal tonic’ through lecture method as well .Electric operated moving models and different types of toys and illuminated charts and wooden blocks are to be used to attain success .I will have to apply ,in sort , any device which will suffice to train the children - gifted with varying abilities. Mimicry can also be an effective method for some of the learners .The situational demand of meeting up some very spatial kind of needs may prove to grave if I am to deal with the students coming from slum and red light areas. However, I can use the modern methods like 1_shadow playing 2) oral – aural lecture method, 3) Black board best demonstration etc. Any corneous teacher will have to divide his student under such groups as a)Learners having ready power to grasp and react to the given problems and solve them by using their own thinking power and good reasoning b)Learners – falling to response in this way and 3)
