This unavailability to innovation by individuals has prompted issues that emerge as social disparity and moral issues with respect to the individuals who utilization technology and those who do not. There has crept up a wall so impenetrable that this unequal access has led to. The digital divide: The term ‘digital divide’ is one of the decade’s greatest sources of debate. With the rapid rise of internet technology and computer taking all domains by storm and the access to information that people have has left certain sectors of the society wanting in its ability to adapt to technology tools. This has led to a divide between those who use and those who don’t use. ( Gore, A. (1998) The individuals who have admittance to web and the PC have involved a special position in the public arena and have gradually turned out to be capable in all detect.
