The technology is making a huge impact on healthcare industry aswell. In this paper, an AD structure is proposed for ECPI EMR. In this project different healthorganizations are joining as a group and are ready to have a transition in the electronic world.Anaction plan for this transition is proposed in the paper through timeline, physical & logical designof AD, etc.A disaster recovery planis also proposed to take care of the disaster scenarios. In allthe remote offices, astandalone server isinstalled.EMR are very sensitive and are prone toissues like security and privacy therefore, aT-1 lineis usedamong the routes ofcentral office&otherremote officesto form a stable state.The requirements tend to change with time and sodoes input and output format. Considering this requirement, the installation as well asmanagement of software is done through a centralized location.To manage the security ofsoftware and its access rights, digital certificates are used. This will help in controlling theauthorization access of the employees and also to troubleshoot the issues if required.TimelineWeek 1All the requirements will be gathered by the installation team.Week 2Requirements will be verified with the hardware requirements. The requiredhardware & software will be checked if it meets the requirement.Week 3The physical area for setting up the servers will be prepared. The required thingswill be purchased as per the need.TheHardwarewill be installed and verified through the experiencedprofessionals.The requiredSoftwarewill be installed and configured as per the specifications.Week 4Cooling system will be installed so that the resources can work in a smoothmanner.Week 5Production Rollout of the project
