    Active Directory Pl an for ECPI EMR The growth of Information Technology is resulting into the transition of paper work to electronic record systems. The technology is making a huge impact on healthcare industry as well. In this paper, an AD structure is proposed for ECPI EMR. In this project different health organizations are joining as a group and are ready to have a transition in the electronic world. An action plan for this transition is proposed in the paper through timeline, physical & logical design of AD, etc. A disaster recovery plan is also proposed to take care of the disaster scenarios. In all the remote offices, a standalone server is installed . EMR are very sensitive and are prone to issues like security and privacy therefore, a T - 1 line is used among the routes of central office &other remote offices to form a stable state . The requirements tend to change with time and so does input and output format. Considering this requirement, the installation as well as management of software is done through a centralized location. To manage the security of software and its access rights, digital certificates are used. This will help in controlling the authorization access of the employees and also to troubleshoot the issues if required. Timeline Week 1 All the requirements will be gathered by the installation team. Week 2 Requirements will be verified with the hardware requirements. The required hardware & software will be checked if it meets the requirement. Week 3 The physical area for setting up the servers will be prepared. The required things will be purchased as per the need. The Hardware will be installed and verified through the experienced professionals. The required Software will be installed and configured as per the specifications. Week 4 Cooling system will be installed so that the resources can work in a smooth manner .
