Service provider personnel initiate theassociation via https:/fmybizaccount.fedex.com/ [MGBA) by logging into their own accounts. Once the association to thenew service provider is initiated, the service provider authorized officer/business contact then affirms the association viaMGBA.ASSOCIATING TO NEW SERVICE PROVIDER (COMPLETED BY SERVICE PROVIDER PERSONNEL)1.Logintohttps://mybizaccount.fedex-com?.2.Select the Workforce Management tile from the home page.3.SelectRequest NewA s s o c i a t i o n .A list of service providers appears. This list includes all service providers that have agreements domiciled in FedExGround facilities in which the service provider personnel is eligible to provide serviceNote: If a FedEx Ground facility is not listed, contact the facility to have it added to CDAS TerminalAssignment Data.If you see the message below at the bottom of the page, a pending association request already exists and youcannot submit a new request unless the first request is finalized or cancelled.
