An organization is only effective if the functioning is diverse. Human servicesrequire staff have capabilities in planning, designing, developing human resources, budgeting,supervising, and evaluating. One must also be abletocontrolthe social, cultural and politicalaspects of thepositions.Controlling these aspects requires knowledge of beliefs, values,customs, and clients.TheManaging the EnvironmentHuman service manages assessing, asset mapping, community collaborations, andmarketing’s of public relationsstrategy that assist the company to cope in any environment.Human services providers are well adapted in monitoring trend analysis of change over time.This change will eventually prove difficultto manage. Handling changes and making thetransition from this change can be difficult to deal with especially figuring out each time andplace.ProgramandPlanningDesignHuman services staff are well trained in the how to of theplanning process, assessment,and determination.This is so the staff can assist in the organizations plight to reach its goalsoutlined in the mission, vision, and values.Planning is the key for the client and the company. For Human Services staff planningand working towards goals is easy because they are helping clients meet their needs.
