United StatesDepartmentof Labor (DOL)will play asignificantroleforeffort tomakean economy opportunity, where allUnited States citizenswho work hard and act responsibly.Inthisresearch paper, we will examineimportantfeatures of theDepartmentof Laborwebsite andhowallfeatures can be used to monitor employee benefit rights. Also this paper examinehowemployee verifytheirbenefits are incompliance with federal laws,andhow employees woulduse thisparticularinformation tomake suretheir benefits rights are protected and create anoutline of the website that would orient others usefulness for regulatory compliance.
