The philosophy ofmanagement that will be applied to the management of the organization because the steps ofcontrol and types of controls included in the control process for the organization, relationshipbetween the human resource planning activities and the overall organizational strategy, thequality, productivity, and profitability are important elements in the planning process will benefita business surviving.The kind of jobs that are needed in an organization is “production, marketing, finance,and human resources.” (Plunkett, Allen, & Attner 2013) These departments are very important toan organization development. They have their own specializations in order to help a businessfunction. The production are the ones that help produce the products and bring the dream to lifeand available to consumers. The marketing department helps get the product known toconsumers by advertising the products and business. The finance department works out all thefinancial needs of the organization. The human resource department the department that mostlydoes all the hiring and supply the benefits of the business. Since this a very small business thesedepartments will be the only ones that should be required at the present time. “"When there areproblems with communications in the workplace this can lead to inner-office conflict; it cancreate tension and lead to misunderstandings and anger. Misunderstandings,miscommunications, non-responsiveness, different communication styles, technology glitches,and no defined communication protocols can all lead to problems with communication.”(McQuerry, 2014)

This is a business you can come and get your nails and feet done,massages, and just enjoy a day away from the kids and problems. This is a small business cateredto those in need of relaxation. While getting pampered the customers have the luxury of extraamenities like getting facials, make up, a cup of wine, food, massages, sitting in heat room, oreven getting meditation in a yoga class. Everybody wants to have that place that they can go andrelax on a day off and have no worries or any cares about life’s frustrations. Nisha’s Spa Palaceis the place to be. Nisha’s Spa Palace is affordable and able to cater to anyone needs at any age.Nisha’s Spa Palace even has a section available for kids to play and enjoy themselves while thecustomers have their time to relax.Nisha’s Spa Palace not only caters to the customers but they also cater to the employeesas well. The staff consist of many trained, licensed and professional staff. These employees arestudents that have graduated and are licensed in the areas that benefit the positions in thisorganization. This organization is established to have the recent graduated students from thelocal colleges a place of business to cater to their clients in the open and available position thisorganization has to offer instead of catering to their clients in the vicinity of their residents. Theyhave all the amenities available to their clients in a professional establishment. While the clientsare being catered to we also have a designated area to suit the children for those that had to bringtheir children along with them. The child care is area is supervised by a trained babysitter with asystem similar to Chuck E. Cheese.
