    Personal Leadership/Ethics Statement You will write a personal leadership/ethics statement based on the resources provided below. It should be 3 - 5 pages long excluding the cover and reference pages. Use a minimum of three sources for your paper. In addition to the paper, you will create a PowerPoint presentation that should not exceed 10 slides. Be sure your presentation succinctly covers the major points in your leadership/ethics statement. Please include your MBTI type, the accompanying approaches your type is likely to use when dealing with ethics issues, and a discussion regarding the theories most applicable to you and how you believe you will use them when faced with an ethics - based question in your workplace. In addition, please pick a culture different from your own (refer to Hofstede’s Cultural Dimensions briefly explain how your leadership/ethics approach may alter in that venue. It is almost never that two people have the same thought about an object. There can be varied perceptions which lead to varied judgements and hence affecting judgements. MBTI type study aims at applying the concepts of different dichotomies and its combinations to bring about an understanding of an individual’s perception and hence decision making. This affects the leadership skills and ethics involved in the process. The following paper outlines the MBTI type after completing Jung typology test and gives a brief about the nature of the individual and his preferences.
