2Executivesummary:Organizationshaveincreasinglymadeit known to employees that leadership is team buildingefforts.Organizational philosophy and culture is tiltingtowards teambuilding efforts, jobsatisfaction,communication withinteams,corporate communications,motivation of employeesand stress management techniques.All these have been recognized as very important strategiesfor building the human asset base of acorporation.Agoodworkplaceisone where employeeshave a sense of well being , feel empowered and share vision. Their motivational levelsare highand theyareabletoperform setting bench marks.Corporatesacross sectorswork on the sameplan of high levels of interpersonal communication within teams. The most important skills thatleaders impart to their employeesarethe importance of working in teams. Group dynamics andteam work is looked at in the first instance. Leaders whoare ableto inspire employees to worktogether as team and allow for team empowerment are considered to be good leaders. It hasbecome very important that unless team spirit is fostered the organization will not be successfuland there will be conflict and chaos.Theconceptof working in Silos is nowdisplacedwithworkingtogether.In a surveyconducted toemployees within the organization it was observedthat the organization was a well cultured one and eschewed goals of organizational and employeebeing (Appendix 1)Team environment:Thefirmhas ensured that the importance of teams is well communicated.
