While Cognitive-therapy historyand approach was supported by an article in journal by Albert Ellis (1913-2007), also known asthe originator of the therapy and the definition. The interview with Dr. Ian Smith, Ph.D gave apersonal insight helping in a clear understanding of the role and life of a clinical psychologist.
