    Reflecting on My Personality Type: Insights, Challenges, and Strengths in the Workplace a. What is your type and were you surprised at your results? Why or why not? Going through your summary on analysis of ESTP’s I came to the conclusion that while I have the general attributes of an ESTP,i.e. spontanaiety an insuppressible urge to act act on impulses and craving for adrenalin pumping adventures ,not a big fan of degrading my opponents in victory or defeat and a keen sense of understanding into peoples actions,picking a category I would call myself an introverted thinker.An initial gla nce through this document did startle me because i felt a lot of behavioral attributes mentioned here were describing me (in past or present) ,but thinking deeply I realized some were just false notions of me about myself.. Having an active social life is no defining criteria for being ‘not a n introvert’.I do prefer keeping a low profile and arrive at any decision after careful solitary introspection.I don’t disregard others opinions outright but prefer to wager the pros and cons before committing.In today’s student world being ’cool’ Is something that most of my generation strives to be ,and that gives one misconceptions about a few and sometimes many things.I had more than a few misconceptions myself, I have overcome most of them some after this document and everytime i realize I was wrong it does bring surprise and disappointment having been a ardent follower of the principle before the said realization. b. How does your personality type relate to your conflict style from Module Two? As I said I find myself more of an introverted thinker than anything else,I have always peformed well under pressure and though I don’t take up fights but I dont back down from one either and over the years I have come to see myself as a tough man(which I try not brandish about).Using my own mind as a yardstick is something I haven’t done conscious ly but deeper I think I feel I have been down that road quite a few times.A detached completely logical analysis is something I find very appealing.These direct connections with the defining atributs of an introvert thinker brings me a satisfying conclusion that I am part this bunch.That is not to say I don’t enjoy company of people or discussing my ideas with people who can understand or/and contribute to it.On the contrary I relish the prospect of brainstorming an idea and applying myself in every wild direction my mind takes me which is fun but at the end of the day I am a staunch believer that the best
