For Social workers he or she uses the system theory to gain abetter understanding of family dynamics. Social workers also use this theory to educate and further ahealthy family structure. Some of the areas of social work uses this type of theory is researchmethodology, mental health, family, and policymaking. The systems theory as a researchmethodology can aid a social worker in how to create a positive change and bring out improvementof standards of living. Mental health professionals use this theory as a way to understand how to aidindividuals in finding a healthy way to cope with his or her environment. Next are families socialworkers use the system to obtain a better understanding of family dynamics and educate them on ahealthy family structure. Policymaking uses the systems theory to understand the social dynamics.Social workers who are concerned with this can use the theory to achieve a better understanding onhow public policy is used to improve living conditions.Social workers utilizing systems theory view societies and social groups as dynamic systems. Theyare concerned with bettering the conditions of the individuals who make up such systems(Flamand,2010).Eunice-Systemstheory focusesonfamily therapeutic and techniques.
