IntroductionTherehas been a great increase in the number of crimes committed bythe youth in the society today. The justice system in place allows for theprosecution and possible conviction of young law breakers through thejuvenile courts set up. The courts have been operational but sometimescriticized to have little or no effect in creating a crime free world. As ajuvenile justice consultant theissuesof juvenile justice is at heart. Ihave therefore come up with a proposal meant to give recommendationon what should be done to shape up this system.Thefuture of the juvenile system should be shaped up now to ensure aneffective and smooth running justice system.
