Introduction There has been a great increase in the number of crimes committed by the youth in the society today. The justice system in place allows for the prosecution and possible conviction of young law breakers through the juvenile courts set up. The courts have been operational but sometimes criticized to have little or no effect in creating a crime free world. As a juvenile justice consultant the issues of juvenile justice is at heart. I have therefore come up with a proposal meant to give recommendation on what should be done to shape up this system. The future of the juvenile system should be shaped up now to ensure an effective and smooth running justice system.
