For IQR, first find Q1 and Q3 by going to Stat > Basic Statistics > Display Descriptive Statistics and selecting GPA. From this, IQR is found by Q3 - Q1. To describe the shape, create a histogram [Graph > Histogram > select CellTime] and notice that the bulk of the data gathers to the left and "tails" tails to the right.
